On a 90 minute Yin yoga class will be offered. Regular class rates apply but space is limited so please sign up now! Dan Thompson will guide us through this practice incorporating the use of blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Yin yoga is a practice of holding poses for a longer period of time to help release connective tissue increasing blood circulation to joints.
