Are you interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice?

This Yoga Alliance certified program is an in-depth study into the practices and philosophies of Hatha yoga. The program is scheduled from March through August. There will be 8 intensive weekends and additional hours logged at Sojourn Yoga and online to explore and learn. The most powerful teacher is the one within the self. Discover your inner teacher and share this with others through this intensive program.
