200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This Yoga Alliance certified program is an in-depth study into the practices and philosophies of Hatha yoga. The program is scheduled from March through August. There will be 8 intensive weekends and additional hours logged at Sojourn Yoga and online to explore and learn. The most powerful teacher is the one within the self.
