Yoga Classes

These classes are live streamed through Mindbody. After registering, a link will be sent 30 minutes prior to the class. These classes offer us an opportunity to connect in real time with teachers and our Sojourn community. Cost $10 per class.

On Demand Virtual Classes

Sojourn Yoga Virtual Library $75 monthly unlimited views (Month of July this is offered for only $30!!) or one day pass $18. Advance your practice anytime from the comfort of home. Pause, Rewind, Repeat, it’s up to you! This is also included in our monthly unlimited package.

In Person Classes in Studio!

We are extremely excited to again offer traditional yoga classes live in studio! We follow all state guidelines and have limited class sizes to keep everyone safe. Masks are optional, please follow CDC guidelines. Bring your own mat and props. We recommend a yoga block and small hand towel or strap.

Please sign up ahead of time as classes sell out quickly! If you arrive late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted person.

New to Yoga?

4 week Beginner Yoga Series $75

Tuesdays August 3,10,17 & 24

7:30-9:00pm

This series will be held in our studio. It is for people new to yoga or those whom may need a refresher. Each class will focus on basic yoga postures practiced in our classes. There will be time for questions and to learn modifications jump starting your yoga practice at Sojourn. Please follow CDC guidelines, masks are optional in our studio. Space is limited to allow physical distancing, bring your own mat and props. We recommend a yoga block and small hand towel or strap. Access to our virtual library, On Demand and In Person classes are included during the 4 week enrollment.

200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

Are you interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice? Our 2021 Program has already started, look for our trainees classes this summer! Our 2022 program details will be posted in December.

Please follow all CDC guidelines and our new procedures for the studio to ensure your safety and the health of our yoga community.

  • If you are fully vaccinated, masks are optional in our studio. Our yoga practice teaches us to be honest (Satya) and kind (Ahimsa). There are many reasons people will need to wear a mask or be cautious about who they are around. Be honest about following the CDC guidelines to be kind and respectful to everyone.
  • Practice physical distancing.
  • Students must sign up and make payment in advance for classes. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted person.
  • Keep germs away from our studio, use hand sanitizer, wash your hands, cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing. If you are not feeling well for any reason, please stay home.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
  • Set up your mat on tape marks.

Sojourn Yoga Community,
This last year has been a struggle for all of us. Yoga studios everywhere have closed their doors and/or switched to online platforms only. I am grateful for the support you have given and continue to give Sojourn Yoga. Your support helps to keep our doors open and has created a platform for Sojourn Yoga online. My original goal for Sojourn Yoga was to create a safe environment for you to explore your yoga practice. As the CDC guidelines change, please be patient and flexible with our policies.

Join us from home in our live stream classes, check out our ‘Virtual Library’ for on demand classes and look for outdoor classes in the summer. Please email or message me with any issues or concerns. I am committed to keeping Sojourn Yoga’s doors open and community growing. Whether you are in our studio, your home or workplace, the practice of yoga is the important part so just roll out your mat and start nourishing your body, mind and soul. This is the time to practice flexibility, non-attachment and to keep showing up on your mat! Be kind with yourself and be gentle with the world.
