4 week Beginner Yoga Series
Wednesdays, February 12th- March 4th 7:30-9:00pm

This 4 week series is for people new to yoga or those whom may need a refresher. Each class will focus on basic yoga postures practiced in our weekly classes. There will be time for questions and to learn modifications jump starting your yoga practice at Sojourn. Wear comfortable clothes & bring a mat (only a few are available). Enjoy unlimited classes during this 4 week enrollment.

Meditation and Discussion
Friday, February 7th 6:00-7:15pm
Regular class rates apply.
This is an opportunity to study and discuss yogic philosophy and practices with other students and teachers. A new topic for each discussion will be posted in the studio and on the website. Meditation will be incorporated in every class, no experience needed. Regular class rates apply, unless posted otherwise.

Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation. This is also called ‘yogic sleep’, it is a mental practice evoking a state between wakefulness and sleep. Through guided body scans and visualizations, a state of total mind and body relaxation can be experienced. This practice will leave you restored, rejuvenated and heighten your awareness. Please bring a yoga mat and use any of your favorite props to support your body for the session. Cost $25
