Wednesday, May 27th 10:00am 60 minute Still (Moderate to Advanced) sign up
Thursday, May 28th 10:00am 60 minute Flow Class (Advanced) sign up
Thursday, May 28th 6:00pm 60 minute Relaxation and Meditation (No experience needed.) sign up
Friday, May 29th 10:00am 60 minute All Levels (Beginner-Advanced) sign up
Saturday, May 30th 10:00am 60 minute Still (Moderate to Advanced) sign up

During this unusual time, we are offering these online classes to support your home practice. We understand that this may be a financially difficult period and want to provide a way for you to stay practicing and keep our Sojourn doors open when this is all over. These classes will be a “pay what you can” rate. Payment for these online classes can be made through Mindbody.
Once you have registered with Mindbody, an email link will be sent to register for the class. Please open the email and follow the prompts. A final email confirmation from Zoom will be sent to confirm your enrollment.
