A yoga teacher training program is not just about teaching yoga!
It is also about deepening your knowledge of this practice and supporting you on and off the mat. Many YTTs have no intentions of teaching but enjoy the commitment and deep dive into the philosophies, history and what makes this practice amazing! Our 200 hour YTT program is the first step in your study. Our 300 hour YTT program is for yogis that have completed a 200 hour YTT program. Are you interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice?
This Yoga Alliance certified program is an in-depth study into the practices and philosophies of Hatha yoga. The program is scheduled from March through August. There will be 8 intensive weekends and additional hours logged at Sojourn Yoga and online to explore and learn including one weekend retreat to the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. The most powerful teacher is the one within the self. Discover your inner teacher and share this with others through this intensive program.

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

You must have completed a 200hr YTT program to enroll in this training.
This Yoga Alliance certified program is a deeper dive into the in-depth study of the practices and philosophies of Hatha yoga. The program is scheduled from January-December. There will be 12 intensive weekends and additional hours logged at Sojourn Yoga to explore and learn including one weekend retreat to the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. This program supports your self study and unfolding through in person connection with teachers and other YTTs.
